As a couple that struggled to conceive for years with unexplained infertility, we tried everything. We felt like there had to be something else we could try before more expensive clinical options, not only helping to conceive but also helping to remove some of the shame, guilt, or other complicated feelings that people experience by empowering them with an at-home option.
We saw promise with the syringe/turkey baster method from a function standpoint, but severely lacking from a design standpoint. They were both uncomfortable and inefficient. Many would leak out sperm because the opening was too big. Others would trap a significant amount of sperm in the barrel that would never get expelled. None are right for a woman's body.
So we decided to take a huge risk and design the first syringe specifically for insemination at home. After several prototypes and with input from a fertility specialist, Mosie was born.
Mosie's patent-pending design is ideal for its intended purpose and designed for a women's body. This has been a labor of love for us, literally. Our second child came to be from Mosie. We're still a tiny team and at $44.50 per attempt (2 per kit), we are doing our best to keep costs at a minimum. You'd be amazed at how much it costs to bring something to market in the consumer health space!
I would encourage you to check out the main video on our YouTube channel to understand exactly why Mosie is better than a traditional syringe and to read some of our many home insemination success stories, including ours please visit our Mosie Baby Success Stories blog here. Our best to you!
