There Are A Few Things To Keep In Mind When Using Mosie.
Timing is everything! It’s best to use your first Mosie within 12 hours of the first sign of ovulation. Then use your second Mosie 24 to 36 hours later.
So how do you know when you’re ovulating? For the best accuracy, we recommend a two-part approach:
- Closely monitor your cervix and cervical mucus for the initial signs of ovulation.
- At the same time, use an ovulation predictor kit to confirm that ovulation is approaching.

Mosie syringes are single-use only.

Tiny air bubbles are OK.
It's impossible to not have any air bubbles during the transfer. But big ones are best to flick out. For more info on how to help prevent air bubbles, click here.
You can use Mosie with Fresh or Frozen Sperm!
If you're using fresh sperm, make sure to use the semen sample within one hour of collection — the sooner, the better.
Before You Use Mosie:
prior to using each Mosie syringe, pull it back and forth a few times. This will help you get comfortable with it before your first attempt. When ready to use with sperm, push the plunger all the way to the tip to remove any excess air.
It Can Take a Few Tries:
We recommend sticking with Mosie for four to six cycles, and then re-evaluating your options. So if you didn't get your Big Fat Positive this first time, don't lose hope! Of those who got pregnant in our clinical study, approximately 92% got pregnant within four cycles.
Check-in with a Doctor:
We understand sometimes it’s helpful to check in with a doctor too. If you’re thinking of getting a fertility consultation, do let us know or feel free to schedule an online consultation with our partner Fertility Cloud here.
You can return your unopened Mosie kit within 60 days of purchase. Read our full return policy here
