We understand if your plans change. And we are always rooting for you, no matter what avenues you take. Due to the single nature use of our products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging. As our products are consumer health products we, unfortunately, are not able to do a refund if you have opened your kit box, even if the product inside remains unopened.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund. Feel free to email us if you have any questions about this.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. (This is mailed to the email address you used when placing your order. If you can't find it, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org)
Refunds (if kit box is unopened and purchased within 60 days)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
