COVID UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be extended. As a result, we are only able to guarantee UPS Express (1-2 business day) shipping. Please keep this in mind when timing your order with ovulation.
Unfortunately we, at Mosie Baby, have no control over our country or your country's shipping stipulations/guidelines on how they are handling mail during this pandemic. Please be patient and understanding! We are all in this together!
USA Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
If you're timing your order with ovulation, please be aware, orders placed after 10 am CST ship the following business day, orders placed on Fridays ship on the following Monday.
Once your order is in transit, that is considered the first day of the estimated delivery time.
Mosie Baby is not financially liable for any late orders. If your order is late, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Ensure you select USPS if you are shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses, UPS will not be able to complete the delivery and your order will be returned.
Damages
If the product is defective or damaged, we require a picture and might require you to mail the item back. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase. (This is mailed to the email address you used when placing your order. If you can't find it, feel free to contact us at mosie@mosiebaby.com)
If the product is defective please contact us immediately, you can learn more about what is covered in our warranty.
Returns Policy - Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are shipping from, the time it may take for your return to be received and processed could vary. When your refund has been processed, you will receive a separate automated email confirming. Once we have initiated your refund, depending on your financial institution, it can take a few business days to be reflected on your account.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: All mailed returns are final. If your return does not meet the requirements listed in the Returns Policy, we will not be able to reship your product or provide a refund.
International Shipping Policy
Please note, the UPS shipping includes duties & taxes. If you select USPS, you may be responsible for some sort of import or customs tax.

We find that UPS shipping, though more expensive, is more reliable in certain countries. The exact cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout using your address.
Please note: if you're calculating the shipping to time with ovulation, please also allow up to 2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10 am CST on Fridays ship on the following Monday.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Mosie Baby is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
